Ingredients of Bombay grilled sandwich
- 4 slices of brown bread / white bread according to you you can use slices of bread.
- 1 handful of coriander leaves
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 small tomato
- 1 medium boiled potato
- ¼ teaspoon chaat masala
- 2 green chilies
- 2 medium cucumber
- 2 small onion
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 wedges of cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
How to make Bombay grilled sandwich
In this, we are making 2 different types of sandwiches one with mayonnaise and one without mayonnaise.
- Method I
Step 1. Slice the veggies
To prepare this yummy sandwich peel and slice the onion and cucumber in a round shape.
Wash the tomatoes and cut round slices of them as well.
Step 2. Make green chutney
Next, wipe and mince the coriander and mint leaves to prepare the green chutney for the sandwich. Enumerate them onward with green chilies and enumerate salt to a blender and blend them to a smooth paste and add a dab of water.
Step 3. Assemble the sandwich
Trim the bread on all sides or you can keep it if you wish and apply butter on one piece of bread then apply the green chutney all over. Next place the cucumber, tomato, and onion slices over the bread slice along with the potato slice sprinkle salt over the veggies along with chat masala. Cover this with another slice.
Step 4. Grill the sandwich and serve hot

Step 1. Slice the veggies

Take a bowl to add all the vegetables in a bowl-like onion, cucumber, and tomatoes and then add 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise then add some ¼ tsp of black pepper, salt, and 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs, and mix all the ingredients.
